The Southeastern Grasslands Institute

Italian Alps - Dolomite Tour

The Southeastern Grasslands Institute (SGI) is a collaboration of leaders in international biodiversity conservation. SGI seeks to integrate research, consultation, and education, along with the administration of grants, to create innovative solutions to address the multitude of complex issues facing Southeastern grasslands, the most imperiled ecosystems in eastern North America.

Based in Guatemala, this tourism company attracts American travelers to the UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its vibrant culture, rich cuisine and slow pace.

Deliverables:
Photography and social media content alongside topics to illustrate the experience of travel to Antigua.

The Duck River, Tennessee

The Harpeth Conservancy

Focused on protecting, preserving, and restoring the natural health of the Duck River — the most biodiverse freshwater river in North America located in Middle Tennessee.

Photography, communications and social media management that helps tell the story of how grass roots organization helps raise awareness about threats to this river as well as ways the community can become involved locally and at the state level.

Collaborative communications with state and national campaigns supporting the conservation efforts of the Duck River.

Birdwing is built around a guild of creatives — writers, photographers, cinematographers, facilitators, artists, designers, hikers, gardeners and curious people who have devoted themselves to their craft and to paying attention to the world around them. We use the word “guild” because it speaks to mastery, mentorship, shared knowledge and the deep pride that comes from making something well. Our guild brings together people with different ways of seeing and making, united by a belief that creative work is better when it is collaborative, thoughtful and connected to our natural world.
